As summer begins to soften into autumn, nature offers an important reminder.
Growth isn't only about what comes next.
It's also about recognizing what has already taken root.
Too often, we move from one goal to the next without pausing to acknowledge how far we've come.
This retreat is an invitation to celebrate your own season of growth.
Together we'll reflect on the experiences, challenges, relationships, and lessons that have shaped this year.
Rather than focusing on what still needs fixing, we'll practice gratitude for the strength, resilience, and wisdom we've already cultivated.
A grounding yoga practice centered on strength, balance, and gratitude.
Guided reflection celebrating personal growth.
Community sharing and seasonal rituals.
Crystal bowl sound bath inspired by gratitude and receiving.
Tea and seasonal refreshments.
This retreat is perfect if:
You're ready to acknowledge your own resilience.
You want to cultivate gratitude without ignoring life's challenges.
You're navigating a season of transition.
You enjoy meaningful conversation and quiet reflection.
You'd like to celebrate this season with community.
When I imagined offering retreats in our dome, I didn't picture a day filled with activities or a long checklist of things to accomplish. I imagined creating space.
Space to breathe.
Space to listen.
Space to reconnect with the quieter parts of ourselves that everyday life often drowns out.
My hope is that you'll leave feeling rested, grounded, and reminded that yoga isn't just something we practice for an hour. It's something we carry into our relationships, our work, and our ordinary moments.
I'd love to welcome you.
