Keeping up with work.
Keeping up with responsibilities.
Keeping up with expectations.
Even our free time can begin to feel like another thing to accomplish.
This half-day retreat offers something different.
Not an escape from your life—but an opportunity to return to it feeling more grounded, present, and connected. You will leave with practical ways to carry the practice beyond your mat.
There is something different about practicing yoga surrounded by nature.
The dome softens the outside world. The forest reminds us to slow down. The practice invites us home.
Join us for this retreat designed to help you reconnect- with your breath, your body, and the quiet wisdom within you that is so often drowned out by the pace of everyday life.
It isn't about escaping your life.
It's about returning to it with greater clarity, steadiness, and presence.
Together, we'll spend a gentle morning in our geodesic dome nestled among the trees in Water Valley. Through movement, forest bathing, a gentle yoga practice, meaningful conversations, and a restorative crystal soundbath, we will explore what it means to create steadiness from within, even when life around us feels uncertain.
You don't need to be flexible.
You don't need any previous yoga experience.
You simply need a willingness to slow down.
Move slowly and intentionally, allowing your body to unwind while your breath becomes your anchor.
Thoughtful discussion exploring how the wisdom of yoga supports us long after we roll up our mats.
Moments for forest bathing, journaling, tea or simply enjoying the peace of the forest.
Rest comfortably while layers of sound invite your nervous system into deep relaxation.
Share tea, conversation, and the simple joy of slowing down together.
This retreat may be perfect for you if...
• You've been feeling overwhelmed or stretched thin.
• You're craving quiet and time in nature.
• You'd like to reconnect with yourself beyond your daily responsibilities.
• You've been curious about yoga but aren't sure where to begin.
• You already practice yoga and want to deepen your experience beyond the physical poses.
• You're simply longing for a meaningful morning surrounded by kind people.
When I imagined offering retreats in our dome, I didn't picture a day filled with activities or a long checklist of things to accomplish. I imagined creating space.
Space to breathe.
Space to listen.
Space to reconnect with the quieter parts of ourselves that everyday life often drowns out.
My hope is that you'll leave feeling rested, grounded, and reminded that yoga isn't just something we practice for an hour. It's something we carry into our relationships, our work, and our ordinary moments.
I'd love to welcome you.
