As the days become shorter and the world grows quieter, nature begins to slow down.
It doesn't resist the season.
It trusts it.
What if we allowed ourselves the same grace?
This candlelit retreat offers an opportunity to step away from the constant noise of daily life and rediscover the nourishment found in stillness.
In a culture that often celebrates busyness, rest can feel unfamiliar—even uncomfortable.
Together we'll explore how slowing down is not the opposite of growth but an essential part of it.
Through gentle movement, restorative practices, silence, and sound, we'll create space to simply be.
A restorative yoga practice supported by blankets and bolsters.
Guided meditation and mindful silence.
Candlelit crystal bowl sound bath.
Warm tea and nourishing seasonal treats.
A peaceful closing ritual to carry into the darker months.
This retreat may be just what you need if:
Life has felt especially busy or demanding.
You're craving quiet and deep rest.
You want to prepare for winter with intention rather than exhaustion.
You appreciate restorative yoga and meditation.
You're longing to reconnect with yourself in a peaceful setting.
When I imagined offering retreats in our dome, I didn't picture a day filled with activities or a long checklist of things to accomplish. I imagined creating space.
Space to breathe.
Space to listen.
Space to reconnect with the quieter parts of ourselves that everyday life often drowns out.
My hope is that you'll leave feeling rested, grounded, and reminded that yoga isn't just something we practice for an hour. It's something we carry into our relationships, our work, and our ordinary moments.
I'd love to welcome you.
